Return & Refund Policy

At ECO LUXE, we strive to provide you with the best shopping experience in the UAE. Since most of our orders are Cash on Delivery (COD), our refund and return policy is designed to keep the process clear and simple.

Returns

  • You may return your order within 2 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Certain products (personal care, hygiene-related items, or clearance sales) cannot be returned.

Refunds (for COD orders)

  • Refunds for COD orders will not be given in cash.

  • Once your return is approved, you may choose one of the following options:
    Bank Transfer – Refund amount transferred directly to your UAE bank account.
    Store Credit / Voucher – Use refund amount for your next purchase on ECO LUXE.

  • Refund processing takes 7–14 working days after product inspection.

Exchanges

  • If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong product, we will exchange it at no extra cost.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within  24 hours of delivery.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or wrong.

  • ECO LUXE will cover the cost only for defective/damaged/incorrect items.
